RULES & REGULATION of 
Assam Art & Culture Organization
(Diploma Examination)

The age of the candidate of Adya should not be less than 5 years.

Date of submission of examination Form from 1st August to 31st Sept in every year, form will be accepted till 15th Nov with late fee @ Rs. 50/- per Form.

Teachers/ School principal can choose which students are suitable for Adya, Madhya and Purna Classes by lookig at the performance of the Students.

Student must have to passed in each class/ Year ( 1st Year to 7th Year) from A.C.A. Organization or other recognized board to be eligible for Next  Year Examination.

Online Admit Card will be available on the last week of February Every Year and the hard copy will be dispatch in the first week of March.

Teacher's can take Exam in any month of March and April when the School /Teachers will receive a hard copy of Admit Card.

Students examination copies and examination Attendance  List, Teachers/ School should be submitted or sent to the Sub-Office by the last date of 10th May.

Online Result will be declared on the first week of July Every Year and the hard copy will be dispatch in the second week of Sept with New Exam Form.

Theory test is compulsory where a candidate cannot appear in more than one subject simultaneously.
